Supplemental Reports

If you have already filed a police report in person or online, and you have an official police occurrence number, you may file a supplemental report online to add additional information or to amend your original report.

Examples can include adding additional property you discovered missing, or removing property that you located that had been previously reported lost or stolen.

The online system will ask you to enter your original police occurrence number. An original occurrence number will begin with one of the following letters: C, R, or E (example: C12012345, R12012345, E12012345).
