Crime Prevention Citizens on Patrol Program (C.O.P.P.)

The Manitoba Citizens on Patrol Program (Manitoba COPP) mobilizes citizens to participate in Citizens on Patrol, a community-based crime prevention initiative. Working in co-operation with local law enforcement agencies, Citizens on Patrol members help deter crime by serving as additional eyes and ears of their community and for local law enforcement. They also help educate and raise awareness through local crime and auto theft prevention initiatives.

Manitoba COPP supports community-based COPP groups and members around the province. The Winnipeg Police Service is a supporting partner of Manitoba COPP.
