Average Annual Headcount
Headcount is the actual number of employees on the payroll at a particular point in time including those who may not be actively working (i.e. those on unpaid or paid leave and seasonal workers). This chart shows average annual headcount. It is calculated by taking the actual employee count on the last day of each quarter in the year and dividing by four.
