Major Incident Response Vehicle Not Required in Fargo

Winnipeg, MB - The North Dakota Department of Emergency Services has asked the City of Winnipeg to stand down on their request for the provision of our Major Incident Response Vehicle (MIRV) to assist in their flood evacuation efforts.   The City’s MIRV and paramedic crew will therefore not be leaving for Fargo today as stated in a public service announcement issued earlier today.
