Emergency Medical Services Week
  • A national event held annually in the third week of May, EMS Week adopts a theme related to public awareness of safety related issues, or raises awareness of emergency medical providers’ roles and responsibilities.
  • Public mall displays feature an ambulance, blood pressure and blood glucose clinics and brochures on various health-related issues.
  • Public service announcements on various EMS-related topics are also incorporated into EMS Week.
