Groups Using Pools

A group of 9 or more people or any organized program / event attending to an Aquatic / Active Living facility should be booked in advance.

• Events should be booked 10 days in advance.
  
  
• Payment required at the time of the bookings.
  
  
• Height Requirements - all children who do not meet the pool's height requirement must be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian/caregiver at a ratio of one parent/guardian/caregiver to four children (1:4 ratio).
  
  
• Entry Requirements - all children under 7 years of age must be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian/caregiver at a ratio of one parent/guardian/caregiver to four children (1:4 ratio).
  
  
• Event use is not confirmed until the signed permit has been returned to the Aquatic / Active Living facility.
  
  
• The onsite supervisor has the right to allow or prevent access to any part of the pool or the pool in its entirety should there be any safety concerns regarding the patron’s use of the facility.
