East End Cultural and Leisure Centre

The East End Cultural and Leisure Centre is home to many children and youth activity programs run by the City of Winnipeg Community Services Department and our partners Status 4 plus a newly formed partnership with Frontier College.

Status4 is a community driven, non-profit organization operating out of East End Cultural Centre in the Elmwood neighbourhood.

Status4 offers free music and arts programs for youth.

Instruction and mentorship from professional instructors in guitar, percussion, dance, voice recording / song writing / video production, keyboards and even martial arts makes Status4 a unique and exciting experience.
