Course Cancellations
Courses are subject to change. You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel a course for any reason: insufficient registration, facility/instructor not available.
Your refund will be prorated based on the number of classes already held and will not be subject to the administrative charge.
Transfers
We will try to accommodate requests for course transfers. There is no administrative charge. If you transfer to a course with a higher fee, you will have to pay the difference. If the course is of a lesser fee, you will receive an account credit.
For courses conducted on a three-day (or less) basis, requests to transfer must be made 7 days prior to the course start date.

Withdrawals
A participant can withdraw from a course and receive a pro-rated account credit, based on the following:
- For courses conducted on a three-day (or less) basis, no account credit will be given after 7 days prior to the course start date.
- For all other courses, the charge per classes past will be deducted (whether the classes have been attended or not) from the account credit. No account credit will be given after the third class of the session.
Account credits may be used for future registrations, Healthy Living Access pass purchases or facility admissions.

Refunds
All refunds are subject to an administrative charge.
Method of refund is determined by original payment:
- Original payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express are refunded to credit card.
- Original payments by debit card are refunded to debit card when requested in-person or by cheque if card-holder not present.
- Original payments by cash or cheque are refunded by cheque.
