Outdoor Pool Passes are a convenient way to visit your local outdoor pool often throughout the summer.
Pool admission is first come - first serve.

Starting June 1st, Outdoor Pool Passes will be available for sale at our indoor sites, buy yours today so you are ready for the Summer of 2012.

Bring a picnic - stay all day!
Food & beverages are permitted in our outdoor pool compounds - alcohol, shelled items, glass containers and barbeques are not.

Be Sun Safe Slap on some sun screen - slip on a hat - wear loose fitting clothing.

Please . . . Practice Healthy Swimming Behaviours

• Do not go swimming if you are feeling unwell, especially if you have an upset stomach.
• ALWAYS shower with soap before swimming; wash your hands after using the toilet or changing diapers.
• Non-toilet trained infants/toddlers and special needs / adult patrons who experience incontinence must wear leak-proof swim pants or garments of a similar nature.
• Take children for frequent bathroom breaks.
• Change diapers in the change rooms and not at the pool side. Dispose of diapers properly and clean up the diaper changing area.
• Avoid swallowing the pool water or getting water in your mouth.
• Appropriate swim attire must be worn at all times

Outdoor Pool Closures

All outdoor pools are closed on days when Environment Canada forecasts either the projected high temperature for the day is 20°C or lower or the probability of precipitation is 70% or greater.

Check this page after 10:30 am each day for most current outdoor pool information.

An outdoor pool may be closed throughout the day if any of the following conditions arise:

• The weather turns to thundershowers during the day.
• Lightning and/or thunder are present.
• Water, electricity, access to a phone for emergencies, first aid kit or washroom facilities are not available.
• Foreign material, such as glass, fecal matter, vomit, animals or blood, is found in the outdoor pool water and has the potential to affect pool water clarity and quality.

Group Bookings:
To ensure admission - All groups of 9 or more must book 10 days in advance

Want to bring your group, class, team or birthday party to the pool for some fun and fitness?

Call 311, ten days in advance of your event and they will connect you with staff to set up an event for you!

Payment is required at the time of booking.
