Applicants may be request to provide two pieces of Mandatory Identification or one Mandatory & one Secondary piece of identification

Birth Certificate
Permanent Resident Card
Citezenship Card
Passport
Federal Firearms Licence
Active Duty National Defence
Canadian Immigration Documents (Record of Landing, Work Permit, Study Permit, Canada Visa etc.)
Status Card
Fast Card

Secondary Identification

Health Card
Social Insurance Card
Manitoba Teachers Certificate
Manitoba Family Services

or other acceptable identification

Please note: If you are applying for Licencing that requires a Certificate of Record Review Board you must provide three pieces of Manadatory Idenitification.
