• A building or room inside a building designed or used as:
• An arena
• A bowling alley
• A cinema
• A concert hall or theatre
• A curling rink
• A dance hall
• A social or banquet hall
• A room with an occupant load established under the Manitoba Building Code of more than 100 people and used for profit.

• Contact the Community By-law Enforcement Division to request an application by mail.
• Visit the Community By-law Enforcement Division and pick up the application in person.
