Pools - Report a Problem

You can contact the City of Winnipeg at 311 to register a complaint about any public or semi-public swimming pool, whirlpool or other regulated water facility. 
Complaints can be about:

• the facility
  
• the operation of the facility
• some type of illness you may be experienceing from using a pool

The City of Winnipeg does not deal with private or residential swimming pool concerns.
