Pools

The City of Winnipeg inspects and issues permits for pools regulated under Regulation 132/97 of The Manitoba Public Health Act.

This includes:

• public swimming pools
  
• semi-public swimming pools (hotels, apartments, fitness clubs)
  
• public wading pools
  
• semi-public whirlpools
• other regulated water facilities
