The City of Winnipeg Pound By-law 2443/79 Section 27.1 (1)(a) allows for the establishment of Off Leash Parks within the City of Winnipeg.
Dog owners utilizing the Off Leash Parks must comply with the rules as set out in the Pound By-law 2443/79 Section 27.2.
