A Public Swimming Pool means a swimming pool being operated for use by the public or rented as a facility to a user group.

A Semi-Public Swimming Pool means a swimming pool used in conjunction with a hotel, motel, condominium, multiple family development, apartment block, campground, club or similar establishment, or a swimming pool or modified pool designated as such by the Provincial Minister responsible for The Public Health Act.
