How does My Family Account work?
This system allows you to have one account shared by all your family members.. This allows you, as the Main Contact, to register any family member through the same account. All you need is a Login ID and PIN. (How do I get a Login ID and PIN?)

Within My Family Account, you will find the following information:

  • The names of all family members currently included in your family account
  • A list of the courses each family member is currently enrolled in
  • Account Balance

  What is a Login ID and PIN?
Your Login ID and PIN are your personal identification to access your family account. When you sign up (How do I get a Login ID and PIN?), we will provide you with a Login ID and PIN.

I forgot my login information. How do I retrieve it?
Go to Retrieve My Login Information and type in the email address you provided us on your Family Account.

You will receive an automated email with your login information

To ensure email delivery, set receipts@no-reply.winnipeg.ca as a Safe Sender.

How do I add/delete a family member from my account?
Call us at 311 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit any of our in-person registration locations.

What email address should my family provide for leisureonline?
You should provide the email address for the Main Contact. This enables the Main Contact to control who has access to the Login ID and PIN in relation to the Retrieve My Login Information function.

What can I do if I am denied access to my account?
Your account will lock automatically after seven (7) invalid login attempts (including trying to enter your PIN in the Login ID area). Please call us at 311 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to have your access re-instated.

What happens if I don't log out? Will I still be logged onto the system the next time I enter leisureonline?
Your account will be logged out when you close the browser or after 5 minutes of inactivity. For your security, please be sure to log out when you have completed your transaction.
