However, subsection 46(2), permits the City (through a designated employee) to grant a written exemption to the requirement if the food service establishment does not discharge grease or cooking oil to the wastewater system.
I wish to obtain access to a current list of food service establishments which have been granted such an exemption. If a current list does not exist I wish to have access to a copy of every exemption letter to every food service establishment which is currently exempt.
