Notice of By-Election
A By-Election to fill the vacancy for the Office of Councillor, St. Norbert Ward will be held on
Thursday, April 14, 2005. Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

REMEMBER! Bring your identification and Voter's Notice to the polls.

All polling locations are accessible. Signage will be posted where
necessary to indicate access for persons with disabilities.

Registered Candidates
Every person who proposes to be a candidate for the Office of Councillor must register with the
Returning Officer in-person the prescribed "Notice of Registration", as provided in the "Information on Campaign
Expenses and Contributions" booklet. This registration can only be done during the relevant Campaign Period, and
must be completed prior to the closing of Nominations, at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2005.
