Business Assessment Notices
On November 12, 2010, the 2011 Business Assessment Notices will be mailed out to Winnipeg businesses.
Complaints, Concerns or Disagreements about Property Assessment
If you believe that your business assessment should be revised, you have the right to appeal by filing an Application for Assessment Revision with the Board of Revision.

APPEAL DEADLINE: Friday, December 3, 2010, 4:30 p.m.
All applications must be received at the Board of Revision no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, December 3, 2010 or postmarked no later than December 3, 2010.
If you miss the December 3, 2010 appeal deadline, you must wait until the next year to file an appeal. (A public notice appears in both daily newspapers on November 19th and 26th to remind business owners of this important deadline.)

Hearings
The first hearing will commence December 20, 2010 and all appeals filed for 2011 are scheduled to be completed by February, 2011.
