City Council, as part of the City of Winnipeg's 2011 Operating Budget, has implemented a fee for filing appeals to the Board of Revision.
You may file an appeal on your 2012 Business Assessment from November 10th to December 1st, 2011 at 4:30 pm.
Appeals for the 2012 Business Assessment must be filed no later than December 1st, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. Your completed application must include the filing fee.
Application forms are available in person from:
- City Clerk's Department, Council Building, Main Floor, 510 Main Street
- Assessment and Taxation Department, Administration Building, 510 Main Street
- Board of Revision, Unit 1 - 756 Pembina Highway
Fees may be paid by cash, debit, cheque, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or money order. Cheques should be made payable to the City of Winnipeg.
Effective May 1, 2011, the following fees must be paid on the filing of any appeal at the Board of Revision:
