Realty Applications for Revision Non-Refundable Filing Fee Information

You may file an application for revision on your 2018 Realty Assessment between June 2, 2017, 8:30 am and June 26, 2017 at 4:30 pm. Applications for revision submitted and received after this legislated deadline are considered late and will not be accepted.

Applications for revision for the 2018 Realty Assessment must be filed no later than Monday, June 26, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. Your completed application for revision must include the appropriate non-refundable filing fee.

Application for Revision Forms are available in person from:

  • City Clerk's Department, Susan A. Thompson Building, Main Floor, 510 Main Street
  • Assessment and Taxation Department, 457 Main Street
  • Local libraries

Applications may be filed on-line between June 2, 2017 and June 26, 2017 at 4:30 pm.

The filing fees are non-refundable and must be paid upon the filing of any applications for revision with the Board of Revision.

Filing fees may be paid by cash, debit, cheque, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or money order. Cheques should be made payable to the City of Winnipeg.

Between $600,000 and $4,999,999 $10.40 per $100,000 of assessed value / roll number
Over $5,000,000 $520.00 / roll number
