Office of the CIO

The Office of the CIO (OCIO), provides research and consultation. It provides corporate perspective regarding the acquisition and application of information technology within the organization. The OCIO also articulates shared vision and coordinates development of City-wide information technology (IT) activities and initiatives.

The OCIO is responsible for strategy and planning, enterprise architecture, project and operational oversight, security policy, license management, and emergency preparedness IT planning.
