Winnipeg, June 22, 2010 - The public is advised that Saskatchewan Avenue will be completely closed to westbound and eastbound traffic this week for the reconstruction of the railway crossing between Empress Street and St. James Street. Saskatchewan Avenue will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, June 22 and will be reopened on Friday, June 25 at 7:00 a.m.

Motorists are reminded to allow additional travel time and to use Dublin Avenue and Wellington Avenue as alternative eastbound and westbound routes.
