City Reminds Residents to “Turn Over An Old Leaf”

Put your autumn leaves to good use by recycling them. Starting October 1, 2008, you can recycle your leaves by dropping them off at one of the ten Leaf It With Us depots listed below. We’ll compost them into a reusable soil-like material. (for more details, please read the full media release below)

WINNIPEG - September 26, 2008 – Put your autumn leaves to good use by recycling them. Starting October 1, 2008, you can recycle your leaves by dropping them off at one of the ten Leaf It With Us depots listed below. We’ll compost them into a reusable soil-like material.

The depots are open seven days a week until November 15, 2008, weather permitting.
