Winnipeg Transit currently employs 1,000 Operators and plans to hire 100 new Operators in 2007 to fill existing and anticipated vacancies.

WINNIPEG March 21, 2007 - Winnipeg Transit will be accepting applications for Bus Operator at the 5th Annual Brandon Aboriginal Job Fair Thursday, March 22nd, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Fleming School, 2320 Louise Avenue.

Transit staff will be on hand to answer any questions applicants have related to this career opportunity. Job qualifications include valid class 5 driver’s licence with zero demerits, mature judgment and minimum Grade 10 education.
