WINNIPEG November 18, 2005 - Today was Day 3 on the five-day collection calendar. The majority of homes with Day 3 collection were serviced today, as well as the Day 2 homes that we couldn’t service yesterday.
Residents of Day 3 homes that weren’t serviced today should leave their materials out as recycling and garbage collection crews will be working tomorrow (Saturday) to finish up.
Residents of Day 5 homes that weren’t serviced should take their garbage and recyclable materials back in and place them out for their next regularly scheduled collection day (Tuesday, November 22).
Recycling and garbage collection was suspended on Tuesday (Day 5) due to heavy snowfall.
