Winnipeg Transit – Remembrance Day Service Schedule
Friday, November 11th , Winnipeg Transit will be operating on a Sunday schedule.

Water and Waste Department
Recycling and garbage will not be collected on Remembrance Day, Friday, November 11, 2005. Collection will resume on Monday, November 14, 2005 – Day 4 on the five-day cycle.
This affects only those homes on the 5 day collection calendar for garbage and recycling. Collection for all others (i.e., apartments) will continue as normally scheduled.
The recycling/garbage collection calendar is at the back of the MTS White Pages phone book and at http://winnipeg.ca/waterandwaste.
Hours of operation for the Brady Road Landfill during the long weekend:
- Friday, November 11 - 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 12 - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 13 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
