Higgins Avenue partially re-opened to traffic

WINNIPEG - September 9, 2004 - Higgins Avenue between Maple Street and Waterfront Drive will partially re-open to traffic, with one-lane in each direction on the south side of the street, at approximately 7:00 p.m. this evening.

The north side lanes will remain closed pending completion of the building demolition.

The road had been closed as a result of the Manitoba Cold Storage Building fire.
