Still to be determined

Opening date for Windsor is still tentative due to the Seine River level. Depending on what happens with the water levels, Golf Services staff hope to have Windsor open this weekend.

John Blumberg Golf Course at 4540 Portage Avenue (phone 983-3490) opened this past weekend and staff report that business has been brisk.

Playing conditions at all of the courses opening this week are excellent with all greens in play. The forecast for the next few days predicts highs of approximately 7 degrees Celsius, providing great opportunity to get outside and celebrate Spring on the golf course.

Note to players: The earliest tee times will vary each day according to overnight temperatures. To avoid frost damage, daily play will not be permitted until conditions are favourable.
