Traffic transferred onto completed portion of the new Provencher Bridge 
WINNIPEG - OCTOBER 31, 2002 - Traffic will be transferred onto two completed lanes of the new Provencher Bridge beginning tomorrow morning, at approximately 9:00 a.m. The transition will be completed by Sunday afternoon.
