WINNIPEG - AUGUST 16, 2001 - Winnipeg Transit monthly pass purchasers will soon be getting monthly bonuses, compliments of Transit and a number of business partners in a special promotion called “Rider Rewards”.

Starting in September, Transit monthly pass purchasers are going to receive about $90 in special coupons each month for the next year, as part of the Rider Rewards program. Morley Calahan, Contracts and Promotions Supervisor for Transit said, “We’ve partnered with eight leading Winnipeg companies and the two major universities to provide exclusive offers for all Transit monthly bus pass purchasers.
