Accessible Directions to City Hall:

City Hall is located at 510 Main Street, between Willaim Avenue and James Avenue. It includes two buildings separated by a Courtyard in the centre. There are wheelchair-accessible entrances into the Courtyard.

1. When approaching City Hall, 510 Main Street , from Main Street , enter the Courtyard from the East side, then turn left to enter the Council Building or turn right to enter the Administration Building.
2. When approaching City Hall, 510 Main Street , from King Street , enter the Courtyard from the West side, then turn right to enter the Council Building or turn left to enter the Administration Building.

Council Building Directions:

When entering the main floor of the Council Building from the Courtyard, go through the main doors on the north side of the building. On the immediate left is an Information Desk and the City Clerk's office. On the immediate right is a Commissionaire's Booth.

Administration Building Directions:

When entering the main floor of the Administration Building from the Courtyard, go through the main doors on the south side of the building. there is a main lobby and two wings, one on the left (West) side, and one on the right (East) side.

West Wing: Located in the West Wing are the public counters for General Property and Business Tax Inquiries, Tax Installment Payment Plan inquiries, Tax/Assessment Rolls, Local Improvement Inquiries, and Water Bill Payments and Inquiries.

To reach the Public washrooms (wheelchair accessible) and Restaurant in the West Wing, turn left (south) upon entering the West Wing. The Public Washrooms are through the first set of glass doors, and the Restaurant is through the second set of glass doors.

East Wing: Located in the East Wing is the public counter for City of Winnipeg Human Resources Employment Inquiries.
